Harvesting the Agave

It all starts in the sun-soaked fields of Jalisco, Mexico, where our 100% blue agave is hand-selected at peak maturity. Only the finest piñas (hearts of the agave) are chosen, ensuring the rich, natural sweetness that defines El Bandido.

Cooking & Extraction

The piñas are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, unlocking their deep, caramelized flavors. Once perfectly roasted, they are crushed to extract the sweet agave juice—the soul of our tequila.

Fermentation & Distillation

The extracted juice is naturally fermented, allowing the flavors to develop without additives. It is then double-distilled to achieve El Bandido’s signature smoothness, balancing purity with bold character.

Aging & Bottling

For our aged expressions, the tequila rests in hand-selected oak barrels, enhancing its complexity. Finally, every drop is carefully bottled, delivering an ultra-smooth, rebellious spirit that’s ready to be unmasked.
